TCIL-IT is an IT division of TCIL, was established in the year 1978 under the administrative control of the department of telecommunications (Ministry of Communication and information technology-Govt. of India). In Chandigarh, ICS is successively running its IT & Telecom training division since 1999 with TCIL-IT, which is managed by ICSIL, a joint venture of DSIIDC – (Delhi State Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd), a Delhi Govt. undertaking and TCIL (Telecommunications Consultants India Limited), a Govt. of India enterprise under Ministry of Communications & Information Technology through a squad of highly motivated and talented IT and telecom professionals with ample experience of their respective area.
